Welcome to Urgent Casting. By subscribing to our services and joining our WhatsApp groups, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a payment.1. Service Description
For the purpose of this agreement, the terms ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’ refer to RazaTech Consultancy, operating the digital platform known as Urgent Casting.
Urgent Casting is a paid subscription service that provides verified casting updates via WhatsApp. Updates include but are not limited to casting calls for television, film, web series, OTT platforms, advertisements, and print shoots.We are not a casting agency, and we do not guarantee selection or work. We only share genuine opportunities from trusted sources.2. Subscription Plans
We offer multiple monthly plans based on the number and type of updates shared:
Starter, Plus, Pro, and Elite Plans

All subscriptions are valid for one calendar month from the date of joining, unless otherwise specified.3. Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Once payment is made, users must share a screenshot with their name and contact number to be added to the appropriate group.
All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors (see Refund Policy).4. User Responsibilities
By joining our group, you agree:Not to share or repost group content publicly or in other groups
Not to promote or solicit services inside the group
To maintain professionalism and respect other group members
To avoid sharing misleading or irrelevant information
Violation may lead to removal without refund.5. Upgrade & Downgrade
Users can upgrade to a higher-tier plan (e.g., Elite) at any time by paying the difference on Pro-Rata Basis.Downgrading mid-subscription is not supported.6. Privacy and Confidentiality

Urgent Casting is not responsible for any outcome of auditions you apply to using the shared updates. We only act as an informational provider and do not guarantee selection, callback, or payment by casting parties.8. Group Access & Termination

Subscription ends automatically after the valid period unless renewed.

🔁 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Urgent Casting, we are committed to providing verified and timely casting updates to all our subscribers. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a payment.📌 1. Digital Service Disclosure
By subscribing to Urgent Casting, you are purchasing access to digital, informational services delivered via WhatsApp. As this is an intangible, non-returnable product, we follow a strict no-refund policy.📌 2. No Refunds After Group Access
Once you are added to our WhatsApp group(s), your subscription is considered active and non-refundable, regardless of usage or participation level.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after payment
Missed updates due to personal unavailability
Duplicate payments made across multiple plans (unless claimed immediately)📌 3. Refunds in Special Cases
Refunds will only be considered if:
Payment was made but group access was not provided within 24 hours
Duplicate payment was made for the same plan
Technical error occurred during payment (must be verifiable)
